NIMA Spa recommends that patients be within 15 pounds of a healthy weight before considering CoolSculpting, as it is targeted at small pockets of fat, such as love handles or belly bulge. That being said, CoolSculpting has been proved to be a effective, noninvasive, nonsurgical procedure approved by the FDA with few risks and mild side effects.
Yes it is, but CoolSculpting does not prevent weight gain. The fat cells that are targeted by CoolSculpting are removed permanently, but to keep the effects of CoolSculpting, a healthy regimen of diet and exercise must be maintained.
